For pressure control schemes, ACCU can provide single valve pressure controllers and dual valve pressure controllers. Single valve pressure controllers are available in ACU10P and ACU20P options, which can achieve pipeline pressure control or vacuum pressure control. If stable chamber pressure is required, ACU20PCD dual valve pressure controller can be selected.
