Coriolis mass flow meter It is a flow measuring device that uses a direct measurement method of mass flow rate. It can directly measure the mass flow rate of fluids in a pipeline with high accuracy, and it has high stability, good reliability, a large measurement range, and is suitable for high-viscosity fluids and high-density gases. As a high-precision flow measurement device based on the Coriolis force principle, it demonstrates significant technological advantages in industrial process control and measurement fields due to its unique measurement mechanism and structural design.

The measurement system of a Coriolis mass flow meter mainly consists of an elastic measuring tube, an excitation unit, a vibration pickup unit, and a closed-loop self-excited amplifier circuit. Its working principle is as follows: the excitation unit drives the measuring tube into a resonant state, forming a stable "bending main vibration"; when the fluid flows through the vibrating measuring tube, a "torsional sub-vibration" proportional to the mass flow rate is generated due to the Coriolis force; by detecting the composite vibration signal through the vibration pickup unit and processing it through the circuit, the fluid mass flow rate value can be directly obtained.

Advantages of Coriolis mass flow meters:

1) Coriolis mass flow meters can meet the needs of most industries in terms of corrosion resistance, fouling resistance, explosion-proof performance, and wear resistance, and can measure a variety of media, such as oil products, chemical media, papermaking black liquor, pulp, gases, fluids containing solid particles, and high-viscosity substances.

2) There are no obstacles inside the pipeline, and there are no moving parts, reducing the risk of failure due to fluid erosion or component wear, while facilitating cleaning, daily maintenance, and maintenance operations, helping to extend the service life of the equipment.

3) The installation process is relatively simple, and the inlet and outlet directions of the sensor tubes of different sizes can be adjusted according to the on-site needs, making it convenient to use. Compared with some flow meters, its requirements for the configuration of inlet and outlet straight pipe sections are lower, which can reduce the limitations of installation space to a certain extent.

4) In the measurement scenario of multiphase fluids, Coriolis mass flow meters show good adaptability and can obtain relevant data relatively stably.

5) While measuring the mass flow rate, it can simultaneously obtain parameters such as volume flow rate, temperature, and density; and it has low sensitivity to common influencing factors such as pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, and velocity distribution, which helps to reduce the interference of external factors on the measurement results.

ACU10FD

The ACU10FD digital mass flow controller consists of a mass flow sensor, a laminar flow element, a flow control valve, and an amplifier control circuit. It uses digital signal input and output and features a short preheating time, small zero drift, and high reliability.

ACU10FDR

The ACU10FDR low differential pressure gas mass flow controller, equipped with a proprietary high-flow electromagnetic valve, is suitable for controlling mass flow in situations with minimal available system pressure. The low differential pressure ensures minimal impact on the system, enabling flow control under near-atmospheric pressure conditions and reducing system response time. We will customize the valve and PID control functions for you based on your application parameters to ensure that the product can achieve fast and stable control while maintaining low pressure loss.

ACU10FC

The ACU10FC differential pressure mass flow controller uses a differential pressure mass measurement principle with no thermal drift and no response lag. It can simultaneously display and output: instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc. When a control function is required, an electromagnetic proportional control valve and built-in PID control function can be added. Unlike thermal flow meters, the ACU10FC has no additional "specific heat capacity" error when using gas conversion coefficients. Therefore, even if the measured gas is different from the calibration gas at the factory, it will not affect the measurement accuracy.

ACU10P

The ACU10P series pressure controllers/gauges feature a straight-through design with a measurement range from 100 kPa to 10 MPa (both absolute and gauge pressure). Differential pressure transmitters are also available.
