I. Product Overview
The ACU10FDR low-pressure-differential gas mass flow controller, equipped with a proprietary high-flow electromagnetic valve, is suitable for controlling mass flow in situations with minimal available system pressure. II. Product Applications
The ACU10FDR series of low-pressure-differential gas mass flow controllers are widely used in various industries, such as process manufacturing, food analysis, and analytical testing and measurement. Multi-variable measurement and a 50:1 adjustable range ratio mean that a single ACU10FDR low-pressure-differential gas mass flow controller can replace the functionality of multiple devices. Accuracy of 1%, repeatability of 1%, and a control response time of less than 200 milliseconds ensure normal operation of the process gas.
