    ACU20FD High-precision mass flow meter/flow controller The mass flow rate of a gas is measured using the principle of differential‑temperature calorimetry based on capillary heat transfer, which is unaffected by temperature and pressure. The flow signal acquired by the sensor is amplified and compared with a setpoint voltage; the resulting error signal drives a control valve, thereby implementing closed‑loop regulation to maintain the flow through the channel at the desired setpoint.
