◆Quickly and accurately measures the volumetric flow/mass flow of process gases/liquids/steam
◆Uses a customized high-speed proportional control valve to precisely control the medium's volumetric flow/mass flow
◆When measuring liquids, a unique vent allows for easy air expulsion
◆Setpoints and PID valve adjustments are made via a touch screen, while analog input/output and RS-485 digital communication are also available
◆No moving components or heating elements inside; it has passed vibration tests and is insensitive to mounting direction
◆Uses internal compensation laminar differential pressure technology, allowing fluids to maintain laminar flow even at high flow rates

II. Product Applications
The ACU20FCH series high-temperature mass flow meter/controller is widely used in various industries, such as: process manufacturing, food analysis, analytical testing and measurement, etc.
Multi-variable measurement and a 50:1 adjustable range ratio mean that a single ACU20FCH high-temperature mass flow meter/controller can replace the function of multiple devices. Accuracy of 0.5%, repeatability of 0.5%, and a control response time of less than 200 milliseconds ensure the normal operation of process gases/liquids/steam.
