Measurement and control of small flow rates of gas, liquid, and gas-liquid two-phase critical fluids
In industrial applications and scientific research experiments, there is an increasing demand for the measurement and control of very small flow rates of gases and liquids; currently, our company's micro flow mass flow meters/mass flow controllers include thermal, differential pressure, Coriolis three principles.
These micro flow mass flow meters/flow controllers are suitable for industrial or experimental online process control fields, as well as for quantitative measurement or supply of gases or liquids.
The main features of our company's micro flow mass flow meters/mass flow controllers include:

◆ Short preheating time, low zero drift, high reliability;
◆ Simple installation, easy operation; for some models or applications, can be installed in any position;

For the measurement and control of very small gas flow rates, we mainly use thermal and laminar differential pressure principles, with a control ratio amplified up to 100:1, while being more sensitive, with a response time ≤200ms, and accuracy close to imported high-precision brand products.
In dealing with corrosive gases, we can provide various rubber and plastic seals including fluororubber, EPDM, PTFE, as well as all-metal seals, to meet various application needs. The gas-contacting parts use 316L stainless steel, and for some special applications, Hastelloy material can be provided.
For the measurement and control of very small flow rates of liquids or gas-liquid mixed critical fluids, our products mainly use differential pressure principles and Coriolis force principles. Coriolis flow meters/flow controllers directly measure and control the mass flow of the measured medium, unaffected by fluid characteristics, so they can accurately measure and control the flow of fluids with unknown specific compositions; especially for precise measurement and control of very small flow rates and high-viscosity fluids, significantly compensating for the shortcomings of current domestic brand flow meters/flow controllers.
