Beijing Accuflow Technology Co., Ltd. (ACCU) It is a manufacturing enterprise focused on customized research and development, specializing in the development of thermal principle, differential pressure laminar flow principle, and Coriolis principle mass flow controllers/meters. The company's products can directly measure the mass flow of gases, liquids, and supercritical fluids, with a minimum liquid range of 20g/h and a maximum gas range of 10,000 slm, suitable for laboratories and complex industrial environments.

At the same time, ACCU also develops related automation control systems such as pressure controllers/meters and multivariable mass flow meters.

Currently, the main fieldbus protocols used internationally for low-voltage electrical products include: Profibus-DP protocol developed by Siemens in Germany; Devicenet protocol developed by Rockwell in the USA; Modbus protocol developed by Schneider in France; Cc-Link protocol developed by Mitsubishi in Japan; Asi protocol (mainly transmitting switch signals); EtherCAT protocol (Ethernet control automation technology), and others.

The following focuses on the first three bus protocols and their applicable products.

1. Profibus-DP protocol:

Profibus-DP is a polling communication method between master and slave stations, used for communication between device-level control systems and distributed I/O. It clearly defines how user data is transmitted between bus stations and is mainly applied in unit-level and field-level communication in manufacturing automation systems.

Profibus-DP bus communication has a relatively high speed, but the protocol is complex, costly, and the communication method is relatively single. It is applied in our company's 20 series products.

2. Devicenet protocol:

Devicenet is an application layer protocol based on the CAN bus. While providing interchangeability among similar components from multiple suppliers, it reduces wiring and installation costs and time for industrial automation equipment. Due to its built-in power supply, it is suitable for lower-level field applications.

Devicenet bus communication speed is lower than the first two bus protocols, but the protocol is relatively simple, cost-effective, and the communication method is relatively "flexible." It is applied in our company's 20 series products.

3. Modbus protocol:

Modbus is a serial communication protocol supporting traditional RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and Ethernet devices (our company only provides RS-232 and RS-485). It transmits data via wireless data radios and is mainly used in electronic devices, notably for communication between PLCs and inverters.

Modbus bus communication is simpler and low-cost but has relatively weaker functions and a smaller communication range. It is applied in our company's 10 series (except the 10FA series) and 20 series products.

ACU10FA

The ACU10FA analog mass flow controller boasts fast response and high accuracy. It offers a wide control range, spanning 5 SCCM to 30 SLM, with the ability to measure and regulate flow as low as 1 SCCM, making it suitable for controlling very small flow rates.

ACU10FD

The ACU10FD digital mass flow controller consists of a mass flow sensor, a laminar flow element, a flow control valve, and an amplifier control circuit. It uses digital signal input and output and features a short preheating time, small zero drift, and high reliability.

ACU10FDR

The ACU10FDR low differential pressure gas mass flow controller, equipped with a proprietary high-flow electromagnetic valve, is suitable for controlling mass flow in situations with minimal available system pressure. The low differential pressure ensures minimal impact on the system, enabling flow control under near-atmospheric pressure conditions and reducing system response time. We will customize the valve and PID control functions for you based on your application parameters to ensure that the product can achieve fast and stable control while maintaining low pressure loss.

ACU10FC

The ACU10FC differential pressure mass flow controller uses a differential pressure mass measurement principle with no thermal drift and no response lag. It can simultaneously display and output: instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc. When a control function is required, an electromagnetic proportional control valve and built-in PID control function can be added. Unlike thermal flow meters, the ACU10FC has no additional "specific heat capacity" error when using gas conversion coefficients. Therefore, even if the measured gas is different from the calibration gas at the factory, it will not affect the measurement accuracy.

ACU10P

The ACU10P series pressure controllers/gauges feature a straight-through design with a measurement range from 100 kPa to 10 MPa (both absolute and gauge pressure). Differential pressure transmitters are also available.
