Coriolis mass flow meter with flow control function
The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter, abbreviated as Coriolis Force Flowmeter, is a device that directly measures mass flow by utilizing the principle that a flow of fluid flowing in a vibrating pipeline generates a Coriolis force proportional to the mass flow. It consists of a flow detection element and a converter. The Coriolis Mass Flowmeter enables direct measurement of mass flow, featuring high accuracy and the ability to measure multiple media and various process parameters. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food.
After years of experience accumulation and in combination with foreign technologies, our company has developed a Coriolis mass flowmeter with a display and flow control function. The traditional Coriolis mass flowmeter is well-known for its high-precision flow measurement, but it often only accurately measures the flow and cannot achieve automatic flow control. During use, an additional control valve needs to be added and a PID control program needs to be written, which is not very convenient. Our independently produced Coriolis mass flowmeter, in addition to having the flow measurement function, has also added an automatic flow control function. It can automatically achieve quantitative control. When using it, only the target flow value needs to be input, and precise control can be automatically achieved. The internal has been configured with a PID automatic valve control adjustment function, so no additional flow valve needs to be added and no separate PID program needs to be written.
At present, this product has achieved good application results. The content of its display screen is shown in the following picture:

The first line shows the instantaneous flow (real-time flow), and the hand-shaped symbol in the middle represents the flow value set by the user (the target flow value).
