The ACU100L pipeline gas mass flow meter solves the problem of inconvenient installation in small pipelines. It comes with a straight pipe section and is installed on-site via flanges. It can simultaneously display flow rate and temperature. It is highly responsive at low flow rates and achieves high accuracy at high flow rates. It maintains excellent temperature difference even at high temperatures, exhibiting good stability. Its measurable range is up to 180 Nm/s.

Pipeline gas mass flow meters use standard precision wind tunnel calibration and the King's law of the constant temperature principle of thermal dissipation (cooling) effect. It can simultaneously display flow rate (flow), and temperature. Low flow rate response is sensitive, and high flow rate can also achieve good accuracy. Even at high temperatures, good constant temperature difference can be obtained, and the stability is good.

II. Product Application

Pipeline type is suitable for DN100 caliber or less, can measure various gases, directly output the mass flow of gas, can obtain more accurate flow values, no temperature and pressure compensation is needed. There are intrinsically safe and explosion-proof types, and two output options are available. Suitable for the measurement of small diameter pipeline flow, standard pipeline design, easier to use, install and maintain.

Measured medium: Air, natural gas, biogas, coal gas, dry chlorine, oxygen, carbon monoxide auxiliary fuel, flue gas, torch gas, hydrogen, argon and other dry gases.
