  • I. Product Overview

    The ACU10FB solar-powered flow meter, based on the ACU10FT, adds a built-in lithium battery (automatically charged under DC power, automatically switching to the lithium battery for continuous operation up to one month after power failure), with data storage and report output functions, and optional backup solar panels and wireless communication.

    The ACU10FB solar-powered flow meter uses multi-parameter measurement technology. One instrument can replace four instruments: differential pressure, pressure, flow, and totalizer, saving customers procurement and installation costs. The integrated flow meter uses full-parameter dynamic compensation technology to improve the instrument's accuracy and range ratio; full-scale static pressure compensation technology improves the accuracy of the flow device operation; it can be calibrated integrally with the flow element, and the calibration accuracy is better than that of the separate type; the functions are specialized and integrated;

    Different flow elements can be selected according to the needs (see the selection table - flow element type), and the corresponding technical parameters will also be slightly different. Refer to the integrated multi-variable orifice plate flow meter [P], integrated multi-variable V-cone mass flow meter [M], and integrated multi-variable V-bar mass flow meter [B]. Please consult the manufacturer if anything is unclear.

    The ACU10FB solar-powered flow meter is used for the measurement of gas, liquid, and steam in the petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, food, papermaking, water treatment, metallurgy, cement, and glass industries.
