ACU20L Series

The ACU20L is a high-precision series of liquid flow controllers/flow meters. This product series employs a differential-pressure mass measurement principle that features no thermal drift and no response hysteresis. It can simultaneously display and output parameters such as instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, pressure, and temperature. When control functionality is required, an electromagnetic proportional control valve and built-in PID regulation capabilities can also be added.

This product series employs a differential-pressure mass measurement principle that features no thermal drift and no response lag, and can simultaneously display and output parameters such as instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, and temperature. When control functionality is required, an electromagnetic proportional control valve and built-in PID regulation function can also be added.

    The ACU20L series liquid flow controllers/flow meters employ an internally compensated laminar-flow differential-pressure technology, ensuring that the fluid remains in laminar flow even over a wide range of flow rates.
